1. About UGSermons

UGSermons is a platform dedicated to promoting Ugandan gospel sermons, teachings, worship content, and Christian ministry resources to audiences in Uganda and around the world. Our goal is to provide a safe, uplifting, and lawful platform for users, ministers, churches, and content creators.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using UGSermons, you agree to:

• Follow these Terms of Service
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the platform respectfully and responsibly

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

3. Preacher and Artist Profiles

UGSermons does not allow public self-registration for preacher or artist accounts. Preacher and artist profiles are created and managed by the UGSermons team after communication, verification, and approval from the preacher, artist, ministry, church, management team, or authorized representative.

By accepting to have content uploaded on UGSermons, the preacher, artist, ministry, or representative agrees that:

• UGSermons may create and manage a profile for promotion and ministry purposes
• Sermons, teachings, music, audio, video, images, and related content may be published on the platform
• Information provided to UGSermons should be accurate, lawful, and authorized
• UGSermons may update profile information when necessary for accuracy, organization, and presentation

UGSermons reserves the right to:

• Decline profile creation requests
• Remove profiles or content that violate platform policies
• Temporarily restrict access to certain platform features when necessary
• Review uploaded content to ensure it complies with community standards and applicable laws

4. Content Uploads and Community Review

Users may upload sermons, audio messages, videos, documents, images, comments, and other ministry-related content.

By uploading content, you agree that:

• You own the content or have permission to share it
• Your content does not violate any law
• Your content does not infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain hate speech, harmful material, violence, scams, pornography, or misleading information

All uploaded content may be reviewed by the UGSermons team to ensure that it is lawful, safe for the community, respectful to users, and consistent with Christian values and platform guidelines.

UGSermons reserves the right to remove content without notice, reject uploaded material, and suspend accounts involved in harmful or unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and platform content belonging to UGSermons remain the property of UGSermons unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, but by uploading content, you grant UGSermons permission to display the content, share the content within the platform, and promote the content for ministry and platform growth purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Spread malware, spam, or scams
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Impersonate another person or ministry

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle user information responsibly.

By using the platform, you agree that certain information may be collected for account management, security purposes, improving platform services, and analytics and performance monitoring.

8. Third-Party Links

UGSermons may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of external sites.

Users access third-party services at their own risk.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and functioning properly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update features, perform maintenance, modify or discontinue services temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

UGSermons is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for user-uploaded content, loss of data, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of the platform. Users use the platform at their own discretion and risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the platform or community, or engage in unlawful activities.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

UGSermons may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
